Basic Instrumentation Self-Study Course

This course is designed to upgrade the skills and knowledge of personnel involved with process measurement and control equipment who wish to broaden their background in pneumatic instrumentation, process and control. The program consists of six (6) lessons, each covering several chapters of the text "Basic Instrumentation" published by the Petroleum Extension Service, University of Texas.

  • Upon successful completion of this course, the student is able to comprehend instrumentation and control theory and the essentials of a control loop. A certificate will be issued upon successful completion of all six lessons.
